Mr. Sharif K Al-Ghazal

Mr Al-Ghazal is an experienced plastic surgeon, having more than 25 years of experience in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery.He is happy to offer consultations and treatments for the following conditions:

• Skin lesions such as cysts, lipomas (collection of fat tissue) and skin tags.
• Scar problems,
• Removal of xanthelasma (fatty deposits near the eyelids)
• Repair large ear piercing holes and split earlobes.

As a Plastic Surgeon, he will ensure the best possible cosmetic outcome. He prides himself on meticulous surgical technique, founded on extensive experience. He is a member of many professional associations, such as the British Society for Surgery of the Hand and the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons amongst others.

He is currently a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and the Plastic Surgery Lead at the Bradford Royal Infirmary. He also works in St. Lukes Hospital inBradford as a skin cancer core member of the multi-disciplinary team.Furthermore, he is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Medical School in Leeds University, and involved in teaching the final year medical students.

He has published many articles and research papers in many national and international journals in the fields of plastic surgery before and after he obtained his postgraduate DM (Doctor of Medicine degree) from Nottingham University in 2000.

He is a member of the Bradford and Leeds Research Ethics Committee since 2006.
