Honestly, this was only a consultation, but I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Throughout the appointment, I was given honest feedback, helpful advice and guidance on how to improve my hair loss, as well as how to work towards my long-term hair goals.

What I appreciated most was their genuine willingness to help and the fact that they prioritise what is best for me and my health, rather than simply recommending treatments. I really value their honesty, care and professional approach. I left feeling reassured, informed and hopeful about my hair journey. Always a pleasure visiting MySkyn clinic, Katrina on reception is very polite and professional - and the wider team including Sadia and every other member of staff working are equally fantastic.
